Scholarly seminar: Settlement of property relations between state and church: current reflections
CEVRO Institute in cooperation with the Ministry of Culture of the Czech Republic organized scholarly seminar titled "Settlement of property relations between state and church - current reflections."
The seminar took place on 1st and 2nd December 2009 in the inspiring premises of education centre in the city of Znojmo. Seminar contributions focused on legal and economic aspects of property settlement were delivered by representatives of public administration institutions, church and academics. The seminar was attended by many guests, e.g. the deputy minister of culture, ing. Jaromír Talíř, the director of Churches department of the Ministry of Culture, ing. Pavla Bendová, the chair of Committee on Constitutional and Legal Affairs of the Chamber of Deputies of the Parliament of the Czech Republic, Marek Benda, the head of Czech Bishops’ Conference and the Archbishop of Olomouc, Mons. Jan Graubner, the vice-rector of CEVRO Institute JUDr. PhDr. Petr Kolář, Ph.D., head of the Department of Law and Public Administration Prof. JUDr. František Zoulík, CSc. and others. The papers delivered at the seminar as well as those given at the previous conference will become collected in a collective volume, which is to be published by CEVRO Institute by the end of this year.
